Business Transformation & Innovation Management

RMP Business Transformation & Innovation Management supports the planning and governance of business transformation initiatives and collaborates with RMP stakeholders to assess business process efficiency, operational performance and environmental factors to identify improvement opportunities.

Financial Services

RMP Financial Services provides budget and financial management support to the Vice Chancellor of Resource Management & Planning by managing the operating budget, staffing, and resource allocation process.

Multimedia Services
