RMP Financial Services
The Financial Services Unit provides budget and financial management support to the Vice Chancellor of Resource Management & Planning by managing the operating budget, staffing, and resource allocation process.
Annual Budget Call
Each year, all RMP units go through a budget examination process to ensure that they have adequate resource allocations that are aligned with RMP strategic goals. During this process, any unexpected variances in expenditure levels are examined and each unit must evaluate its needs for the upcoming fiscal year and submit these expenditures for review.
